Top : jobs offered : film Young Irish Film Makers job title Project Facilitator/Administrator description Youth Film Project Facilitator/Administrator: (Young Irish Film Makers, Kilkenny) This position is an excellent opportunity to become part of an outreach team working with young people all over Ireland in the area of film training and youth development. Clients include primary & secondary schools, youth organisations and youth workers. YIFM also run summer camps for young people aged between 8 and 18 years old. Personal specification: Must be a team player with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. The ability to be creative and work on your own innitiative to deliver on project deadlines. Will be called upon to to write and deliver regular work reports & funding applications to current and potential funding bodies. Social media skills & experience are necessary to create awareness among target clientel via the web. Successful candidate will ideally have some knowledge of film making and the ability to work & engage with young people. Some travel may be included as part of the work. Skills required: Mac & PC Literate. Professional office administration & communication skills. Working knowledge of Web & Social media. Basic knowledge of film editing software is desirable but not necessary. Position Details: This position is offered as a Community Employment Scheme position. 1 year contract. 19.5 hours per week (part time).
