We're looking for a staff copywriter with good IT, social media marketing knowledge to join the team at Maxmedia Ireland Limited (maxmedia.ie). This position will be located at our office in Dalkey, County Dublin, where we have a great culture, and are growing.
We are looking for a conceptual and visual thinker who can not only put words together beautifully but promote them and filter them through websites, social media and apps. The ideal candidate must have a passion for long copy and web work and be fluent in digital and print marketing requirements.
Qualified candidates for the position will:
• Be familiar with, have a keen interest in and be capable of working with CMS, Wordpress, Photoshop, Facebook, Twitter, etc;
• Have excellent communication and people skills;
• Work engagingly and enthusiastically with colleagues to deliver business building creative ideas on time and within budget;
• Understand the tone, manner and voice of a brand, and be able to transfer that into clear, convincing communications;
• Be informed, engaged and excited about the growth of digital media and feel comfortable incorporating digital ideas into their work;
• Feel comfortable conveying their ideas to others through brainstorms, conversations and proposals;
• Be enthusiastic and confident in presenting their work to internal teammates and clients;
• Develop, write, and edit top-quality articles for a variety of clients;
• Hit daily and weekly deadlines, without forgoing 100% accuracy;
• Work independently, with solid editorial judgment.
